We provide complimentary shipping across Pakistan through our logistics partners. Typically, deliveries occur within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays.

14-Day Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased online, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Money back within 21 working days, Exchanges are allowed within 14 days, but product has to be in resale/fresh condition Delivery charges and product price up down is payabale by costumer side
To initiate a return, kindly contact us on 03279504534, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days  from the date you informed us of your intention to return. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that 4% Tax deduction on Refund will be applied to the COD amount, along with delivery charges, before processing the refund.Items not in their original condition, or showing signs of wear or use beyond initial inspection will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
